Angular Governance Program is the data controller for personal data submitted through executive introduction call request forms.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to handle executive introduction call requests:

  • Name, work email, company
  • Team size, Angular version, Nx usage
  • Preferred dates and optional notes
  • Privacy policy acknowledgment (policy version and acceptance timestamp)

3. Why we process this data

  • To review and schedule your introduction call request
  • To communicate confirmations and operational updates by email
  • To maintain auditable records of privacy acknowledgment

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

  • Article 6(1)(b): processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering a service relationship
  • Article 6(1)(f): legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving request handling and communications

5. Retention

Introduction call request records are kept for a maximum of twelve (12) months and are then deleted according to our retention policy.

6. Recipients and processors

Data is processed by Angular Governance Program and by service providers acting as processors, including hosting infrastructure and SMTP email delivery providers.

7. International transfers

If data is transferred outside the EEA, we apply appropriate GDPR safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (or equivalent lawful mechanisms).

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9. Local storage and tracking

We use local storage only for theme preference. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling tools. Service performance is measured using first-party operational booking metrics only.
